Understanding my #evictionbuddy, Jane Farmer's case and talking about it I am now aware of the impact the perjured affidavit in the Heritage decision had on her life.
I, therefore, sent the attached email to Police Crime Commissioner of Thames Valley Police, Anthony Stansfeld. Anthony immediately forwarded it to the PCC at Avon & Somerset Police involved.
Jane is taking another look , to see how Insolvency Practitioners were at fault.
As Jane`s #evictionbuddy, I see her case and my case through new eyes and take new action.

Dear PCC Stansfeld,
On the 20th of December 2019, I submitted a Crime Report (Action Fraud ref no. NFRC191203392713) to Avon & Somerset Police. It is currently with NFIB "created". I then submitted an updated version (Action Fraud ref no NFRC200803860541) to Scotland Yard.It is currently with Action Fraud ("review").
Both these reports are about the PERJURED AFFIDAVIT of Stephen Charles Ball then of Lloyds Bank.I am now advised that the Court of Appeal decision (Lampert vs Lloyds [1998] EWCA Civ 1840) that relied on this perjured affidavit changed the process of collection of debt from Guarantors. Collections from the borrower may not have been properly accounted for.I am further advised that many Banks and Insolvency Practitioners may be responsible to the individual guarantors for the repayment of funds unlawfully collected.
Could you ensure the relevant Police force properly investigates the perjured affidavit?
Regards,
Jeff Lampert
