This paper was co-authored by newly appointed peer, Prof. Prem Sikka.
On page 48 of the document, it mentions the Heritage Plc case. This document was written before anyone was aware of the alleged perjured affidavit. This was only identified following a Metropolitan Police report in 2009.
The alleged perjurer, Stephen Charles Ball, employed by Lloyds Bank has only been very very recently located.
We are still waiting for Avon and Somerset Police to interview Mr Ball.
Hundreds of thousands of cases leading to evictions have followed.
Nothing has changed.
