Project Heritage Process

We are seeking resolution for all cases.

Thank you for your interest in the resolution process of Project Heritage developed by diyLAW with input from Lexis Nexis. Project Heritage is explained here.

Legal Notice – Project Heritage is a fully automated process that we are currently trialling. By using this process, users will take full responsibility for making sure they provide accurate and full information and supporting documentation to validate their claims. diyLAW shall not be liable for any loss, damage or costs resulting from using this process. Users of this process agree to limit the amount they are claiming to allow the secured lender to quantify their maximum losses.

Claim calculations use the Guarantor`s family home as a basis.
