Dear Richard,

Thank you for your email.

We hope to work closely with you to get a resolution.

We recognise the FCA tied your hands.

Are the ICO aware of this? This is the gov.uk`s 7 principles of public life:

  1. Selflessness

  2. Integrity

  3. Objectivity

  4. Accountability

  5. Openness

  6. Honesty

  7. Leadership

Carrying out these principles will allow you to provide Jeff with the requested documents and attachments without any further process (including the potential criminal investigation mentioned in our previous email).

Richard, Jeff also needs an explanation as to why did not follow the very clear directions of Lloyd Davis when he decided " it is clear that the question of the application of the `gateways` is a matter for the discretion of the ICO acting as a public authority ". (Notice of Determination on 7th of March 2017)

If you are still unable to act according to Lloyd Davis decision above, Jeff will ask Anthony Stansfeld to consider bringing a charge against the ICO (we are not sure about the process) under S173 of Data Protection Act 2018.

diyLAW has bought this to your attention on numerous occasions.

We are currently investigating the case of Jane Farmer. The investigation is based on Jeff`s case (circulated on the 29th of March 2020).

Jane has clearly suffered emotional trauma. As did Jeff`s wife as a result of evictions. Jeff needs to understand how someone with whom he gets on - as well as he gets on with you - can appear to lack empathy so much.

Richard, you will be aware of the number of people who have been evicted on the back of Jeff`s case since he first brought this to your attention.

Please help us resolve this urgently without the need for further pointless litigation and delay.
